An Ijesa born Islamic scholar, community leader, business mogul and Philanthropist, Alhaji Sikiru Wahab paid an official visit to His Excellency, Asiwaju Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State at the government house in Oke Fia area of Osogbo.
The August visit was channelled on three critical issues that will elevate our people and usher peace into our community and state at large.
In his words, Alhaji Sikiru commends the good work of His Excellency, Ademola Adeleke and his infrastructural deliveries in the nook and cranny of Osun State, noting he has toured far and near of the entire state and he found no stone untouched. Especially on the recently constructed roundabout, okesa, brewery express dual carriage road construction going on in the heart of Ilesa, is one of the things that has ever emerged in the ancient city since it’s inception.
<span;>He furthermore expressed his deepest gratitude to Governor Ademola Adeleke and his team for doing a wonderful job in the State within three and half years.
The Islamic scholar also discussed the state of education in Osun State and how it can be seasoned to date. He also reiterated his love and passion for quality education and it’s benefits in the society.
No gain saying that Alhaji Sikiru Wahab donated a bore hole to his community in Okesa, Ilesa where he was brought up a few years ago in a quota of his contribution and giving back to his community, also a medical equipment to Wesley Guild hospital to mention few.
Finally, he emphasized on how the Muslim community in Ilesa and Osun State will benefit the dividends of democracy in most of their projects around the State, citing that the Governor has portrayed a good working relationship and character in the state with strong evidence to back up his claim, His Excellency has demonstrated a fatherly figure with his kindness to religion in and outside the State, and his philanthropist act to other sisters religion can not be overemphasized.
For the good work H.E, Asiwaju Nurudeen Jackson Ademola Adeleke, The Executive Governor of Osun State is doing in the State, I embrace this good leadership, pure heart of gold, beautiful innovation and rapid infrastructural development raging in Osun State for the past years.
